I'm running the latest version of Raspbian OS on a pi-top v2 with pt-device-manager installed.
The touchpad worked very briefly, immediately upon installing pt-device-manager, but promptly stopped and hasn't worked since.
Battery (and battery monitor) works fine. Keyboard works fine. USB mice work.
I've tried unplugging and re-seating everything.
I've tried downloading the latest version of pi-topOS: Polaris, still no working touchpad. Starting to think it's a hardware fault?
Fixed by re-seating the cable underneath the keyboard.
Just received the v2, installed the RPi 3 and booted up. No RED statements in the pre-amble, NO keyboard, NO touchpad. Power button of course IS working.
Any help gratefully accepted
Sounds similar to the problem we had with ours - neither trackpad nor keyboard worked (apart from power key)! Had to return it and eventually got a replacement.
